Dr Christian Dimitriu
Neurosurgeon specialising in spine surgery. Former University Hospital Senior Registrar — Deputy Head of Department.
A Neurosurgeon Dedicated to the Spine
Dr Christian Dimitriu is a neurosurgeon specialising exclusively in spinal surgery. Former University Hospital Senior Registrar and Certified Military Practitioner, he currently practises exclusively in private practice in the Paris region.
After completing his residency and senior registrarship, Dr Dimitriu joined the Military Health Service for 13 years, initially at the Val-de-Grâce Military Hospital and then, following the relocation of the department, at HIA Percy, rising through the ranks to the grade of Colonel — Senior Medical Officer, Deputy Head of the Neurosurgery Department.
His extensive university training, complemented by numerous inter-university degrees and prestigious European certifications, gives him recognised expertise in managing degenerative and traumatic spinal conditions.
His philosophy: listen, explain, decide together. Conservative treatment is always prioritised. Surgery is only offered as a last resort or in neurological emergencies.
Dr. Christian Dimitriu is a neurosurgeon and leading expert in spine surgery in Paris and the Île-de-France region. He serves as a Reviewer for the peer-reviewed journal Neurochirurgie and has been an Examiner for the European Board of Neurosurgery (EANS) since 2018.
